​How Do I Place An Order?​

Our processing order is very similar to other major retailers, once you complete your selection, just click the Cart icon/button and will take you easily step by step until your order is completed.

Payment & Shipping

Use R Stuff accepts for PayPal and All Major Credit Cards as payment method. Any Shipping costs will be clearly stated during the checkout process. Use R Stuff does not apply any hidden fees to Customers.

Returns & Refunds

- For some products there are no returns (Used or Open Items). Please check at each item the product description and will show

   you if the Refund/Return feature is applicable.

- Refund or Return will only be applicable if Use R Stuff Team ships wrong or defective item(s).

How long will take to process my order and ship it?

- For customized products will take up to 7-9 business days to process. We don't carry inventory. Any order placed and confirmed will initiate the process.

- For out of the shelf items, processing time will be no more than 3 business days.

- Please take into account delivery times are now greater after COVID-19

- Order status and shipment processing time will be provided via email (Customer requires to provide it)

- Expedite mode is available and specify it at the time of buying an item. Email us for more details.

What type of printing is better for me?

- Dear Customer, Use R Stuff use the following types of printing:

1. Sublimation:

a) Long lasting design. Support several washes and design will not fade easily.

b) Only applicable on light colors (preferable in White Color) and Polyester only as material. Cotton can be used but desing will not be as bright as will be in Polyester.

c) Not applicable for Dark colors.

d)  Full Color designs can be printed. No limits.

2. Heat Transfer Vinyl Process:

a) Design last on shirts (garments) for several washes. Design will not decolor or damaged in a short or mid term.

b) Only designs on one color pattern.

c) Requires care at the time of washing the shirt. Otherwise the design will be damaged.

3. Heat Transfer Paper:

a) Excelent color and any design can be printed.

b) This type of print will not last too long on shirts. Not durable or supports many whashes.

c) Ideal option for shirts to be used on special events and will be used only for one or two times and then be stored.

d) Print can be done on any shirt material type (Cotton, Polyester, etc) and on any color.
